At Dalfilo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Italian-crafted linens. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unused linens in their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our workshop, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
